Helena is a secure platform that allows healthcare practitioners to share medical documents with patients.   

The practitioner must register the patient on Helena and publish the prescriptions, documents and lab results on the portal. The practitioner then gives access to the patient and the later can consult all the published documents online or on a mobile app.

How can it help to manage the COVID-19 pandemic?

The practitioners can provide medical certificate to their patients after teleconsultation via Helena.  

The platform does not provide videoconference services. It must be used with a telemedicine solution.
