The solution

Therap’e is a regional telehealth platform in the Normandy Region (France). The solutions in already used in hospitals and home care in this region. The application is available on computer, tablet or smartphone.

The main features include:

• A liaison sheet that allows to collect patient’s medical information
• A secured data transfer system
• A videoconference system
• A report at the end of the teleconsultation and the providing of other documents (e.g. prescription)
• An online payment system

How can it help to manage the COVID-19 pandemic?

The French Health Administration has decided to provide a free access to the platform to all healthcare professionals and patients that want to opt for teleconsultation. The Region also provides a hotline available from 8 AM to 8 PM every day (weekends included) and an online payment system.

A phone number was created in order to allow healthcare professionals to ask for a free access to the platform.
